What is Traditional Usui Reiki?

The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “Rei,” meaning “universal,” and “Ki,” meaning “life energy.” Traditional Usui Reiki refers to the original teachings passed down by Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of this practice.
