Slow down, reconnect with yourself and discover the healing power of creativity. Soulful Sunday Morning for Creativity, Calm & Connection
A Beautiful Sunday Morning to Nourish Your Mind, Heart & Creativity
Imagine beginning your Sunday surrounded by calming energy, like-minded people, a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, or tea and the simple joy of creating something beautiful with your own hands.
Join us for a Creative Healing Circle, a unique 2.5-hour experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover how creativity can become a powerful tool for wellbeing.
This isn’t about being artistic.
It’s about allowing yourself permission to pause.
To breathe.
To create without judgement.
To reconnect with your heart.
Our morning begins with a gentle guided mindfulness meditation, helping you settle into the present moment before sharing ceremonial cacao (optional) βa beautiful heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used in ceremonies to deepen connection, presence and intention.
You’ll then be guided through a relaxing Mandala Painting , decorating your own wooden mandala using vibrant acrylic paint pens.
Mandalas have been used for centuries as symbols of wholeness, harmony and balance. The repetitive patterns naturally encourage mindfulness, helping quiet a busy mind while allowing creativity to flow freely.
Throughout the workshop, Andrea will share simple yet powerful coaching insights into how creativity supports emotional wellbeing, reduces stress, calms the nervous system and helps build emotional resilience.
No artistic experience is needed.
There is no right or wrong way to create.
Only your own unique expression.
Whether you’re looking for some well-deserved self-care, a mindful Sunday morning, or simply a chance to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers a welcoming and supportive space where everyone is encouraged to create freely.
Leave feeling calmer, inspired and carrying home a beautiful handmade mandala that will remind you of the intention you set during the morning.
