Preparation for the Ceremony:

– Please refrain from drinking coffee or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony.

– Dress comfortably: Wear loose clothing.

– Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony. Bring a water bottle with you.
