🌌 The Journey

✨ Arrival & Opening (9 PM)

Together, we share an Ayurvedic tea blend to support sleep and meditation, accompanied by gentle mindfulness guidance to calm the mind and prepare the body for rest.

✨ Dream Meditation

Andrea will guide you through a Tibetan-inspired dream meditation, inviting your awareness into stillness and opening the gateway to restful sleep.

✨ Overnight Sound Bath

As night falls, you’ll be immersed in a cocoon of healing sounds — Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and sacred mantras — woven throughout the night to accompany your dreams and help you release layers of stress, tension, and mental noise.

✨ Morning Awakening & Meditation

At dawn, the gentle resonance of bowls and chimes will awaken you softly. We then continue with a morning meditation, rooted in Tibetan Buddhist practice, to integrate the dream journey and welcome the new day with clarity and peace.

✨ Closing Breakfast & Sharing

The journey ends with tea/coffee, a light breakfast, and a sharing circle to ground the experience before returning to daily life.

Attila is a dedicated Tibetan Buddhist practitioner with over 26 years of meditation practice. He has studied and practiced deeply within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, weaving sacred mantras and meditative presence into his offerings. His guidance creates a space of authenticity, calm, and spiritual depth.

Andrea is a holistic life coach and Reiki master/teacher who gently guides participants into rest and meditation, holding a safe and nurturing space throughout the night.
