🌈 Ceremonial Cacao: We will begin with a cup of sacred ceremonial cacao, traditionally prepared to open the heart and enhance emotional healing. 💧 Comfortable and Nourished: We provide yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and water to ensure you feel relaxed and nurtured throughout the ceremony. Feel free to bring any additional items for your comfort.

🌸 No Experience Necessary: Whether you’re familiar with cacao or sound healing, or it’s your first time, you will be gently guided through the ceremony. Our practitioner will hold space for you to fully immerse yourself in this sacred experience.

– Health & Medications: If you have any medical conditions or are on medication, please reach out to us ahead of time to discuss your participation.

Preparation for the Ceremony:

– Please refrain from drinking coffee or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony.

– Dress comfortably: Wear loose clothing.

– Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony. Bring a water bottle with you.
